“A cosy, clean and well equipped house in walking distance from Labin’s beautiful old town”
We loved our stay at Art Villa Presika, as it was perfect for 3 parents and 4 adult children (but we would recommend the house for families with small children as well). The location of the villa is very good, the beautiful old town is only a 10-15 min walk, but restaurants can be found even closer. Stores are 10 min drive, so you can also prepare meals yourself in the fully equipped kitchen. The house is spatious even for 7 adults and very clean. The owner’s paintings give a special ambiance. We did not spend a lot of time in the garden, but it is also equipped with sunbeds, a small pool and grill facility. Pula, Rovinj, Porec are approx. 1 hour drive away and we also found beautiful beaches within 30 min.

A place where you can feel the artistic soul of the owner. Good location, the house has all the necessery equipmnet. Quiet, peaceful area close to the center od Labin (about 12-15 minutes walk) The pool is largest than I expected. Very good and nice contact.
