“One of those places you don't want to leave. Lovely place, good location and really nice hosts!”
Everything was perfect. You don't have luxury but is it really needed? The room was nice and spacious with a small fridge included to have the basic things at hand. It is great located with beaches, supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes away by car. The hosts are lovely! They recommended us where to go and where to eat. Not a single complain! I reccomend and would be back!

Free parking in a large area, no need to worry about a spot. Extremely friendly hosts. Very clean, quiet and cosy. Internet connection worked smoothly.

The best thing was the welcome and treatment from the hosts. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to know the Istrian peninsula and even the village of Labin, really beautiful.

“We enjoyed a very good two days stay in Labin.”
Morena and her husband are really kind people. The location is fine, near the old town. And from there you can hike through the woods to Rabac 5 km and swim in the ocean there. Good breakfast, good coffee. Cappuccino or espresso. Comfortable beds and space to sit in and outside. They even gave a a ride to the bus station.

Breakfast is pretty nice, you have variety of things you can eat, from cereals to yogurt and domestic cheese and meat. The host is very hostile and approachable. It's on top of the hill next to the old town of Labin so if you can, call a taxi or take a bus or go by a car because it's on a hill! :D The rooms are nice and quiet.

The room was spacious enough, had a really big balcony on which we had a place to dry our clothes. The bathroom was very clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and it consisted of: different kinds of cereals, milk, juices, salami, cheese, croissants, fruits, yogurts, jams, butter etc. and, the best of all, coffee which the hosts prepared for us individually. The hosts were really polite and respectful and they even gave us some tips on what to see in Labin and where to take a swim. The location of the villa is a 5 minute walk from the Labin centre.

Thank you to Massimo & Morena for all their help. A variety for breakfast, cereal, fruit, juice, toast, a nice big cappuccino. An outside clothes dry for your wet bathing suits & towels. Very close walking distance to Labin.

We really enjoyed the time we spent here 😊♥️. Massimo and Morena are the perfect hosts, really kind and helpful, we really love them. Villa Morena is more than super, clean rooms with airconditionar and balcon, also in the rooms fridge and TV, everything what you need. The breakfast were amazing, tasy, with various foods, you can choose from lot of things, we really loved it and definitely we will miss the whole place. Labin also a great location, near the villa you can reach by walk the old town, which is beauty but not crowded, with great restaurants and places. Beautyful beaches also really close to Labin by car (10-20 minutes) like Duga Luka, Ravni and also beaches in Rabac. We couldn't choose any other better place! We are super satisfied, highly recommend! 😊😊♥️♥️♥️💙🌊 Bea
