Next to motorway but well soundproofed. Helpful receptionist who changed our room to ground floor as my wife has a mobility scooter.

Breakfast was a great continental breakfast with lots of choice and plenty of food and drinks. It was convenient to the motorway and set on a trading estate with many food outlets
