+ shuttle 50m away, runs frequently (never waited more than 5 mins and takes you in 3 mins to the Laax base station) + apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished + friendly and helpful staff at reception + for those going in summer, the apartment has a spacious veranda and shared garden
