“Amazing modern accomodation with Exceptionally kind and helpful host”
Fantastic modern accomodation Extremely clean with all mod cons Bus stop within 5-minute walk from house Our host was extremely helpful in assisting us with transport to the accommodation, explaining the amenities nearby and even opening the pool for us to have a lovely dip after travel Very comfortable accommodation with an exceptionally helpful and kind host will definitely come back if in Tours again

“A perfect stay with an excellent swimming pool.”
The house was super clean & comfortable. Perfect for a family stay. The host went above & beyond to make sure we had a pleasurable stay, providing toys for our children & helping us when we needed extra assistance. This is great value for money with a beautiful swimming pool to access. Don’t hesitate to book!

“A comfortable base for exploring Tours, Montlouis and Vouvray”
The Villa at 176B is a very new property that is well equipped and located in a quiet location that is a good base for exploring this area of the Loire. The host was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The pool is shared by the host's family but we were encouraged to use it whenever we wanted.

It was the perfect choice for us to choose this place as the last accommodation on our long trip to France. The accommodation was perfectly clean and the interior was also excellent. It had everything we needed. The owner was so generous and kind. If we plan to go on the French castle tour again, we will choose it without hesitation.
