Great experience all round. The free, on-demand shuttle to and from the slopes removed all the hassle usually associated with schlepping skis and other equipment.

“Amazing time in the mountains.”
The staff were fantastic. Not only was I surprised at breakfast with a sweet thought but they were very helpful helping us get out our car which was stuck in the snow. Rooms wereclean and housekeeping did a fantastic job with preparing our rooms too. The hotel is also very quiet and peaceful.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Spa nice too. Sauna is very hot, excellent. Treatments also great. A bit tedious to have to register in advance for spa but it does make for a less crowded experience.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The reception staff demonstrated a complete lack of competence: during check-in, they started taking photos of my bank card, including personal information. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the security of guests’ personal data. When I pointed this out, the reaction was disrespectful, with no apology or explanation. Such practices are unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality service to its guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place for accommodation.

“Worth a visit ! Nice location in a beautiful environment.”
Nice hotel with a beautiful Spa, sauna and swimming pool. Very nice and qualitative breakfast buffet. Nice views on the mountains. Several nice restaurants around the hotel if you wish to have dinner outside. Nice small fitness room, usefull when you want to train.
