Casa Colibrí is situated inside Finca Pura Vida property which is in the middle of lush mountains and rain-forest in the idyllic valley of the Armado River. The nearest village, La Suiza, is approximately 1.5 km away. Finca Pura Vida with its 25 acres offers ample space to swim in the river, to take walks, to sunbathe or to simply relax. From your roofed terrace enjoy the peace and quiet and the wonderful view of the tropical landscape. Casa Colibrí is a good starting point for several activities in the area such as whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking and mountainbiking. The volcanos Turrialba and Irazu are nearby, as are the Tapanti Nationalpark and the arqueological site Guayabo. Juan Santamaría International Airport is 2 hours and 30 minutes' drive away.
