“A great base to stay in La Spezia”
Good location, walkable to train station and port harbour for trips to Cinque Terre etc. Shops and restaurants close by, and host Fosco offers many local tips. Clean, modern apartment with colourful artworks and decor. Great shower and useful kitchen area if needed.

“Nice apartment,good location”
Very good location, easy communication, we could get from the train station very quickly and easily. The apartment is nicely furnished, with a practical kitchen and a comfortable bed. The window faces the street, but it’s not disturbing at all, as no noise can be heard. There’s also an elevator, which is an extra advantage. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine and some water were waiting for us, which was a very nice gesture.

Excellent communication by the host pre arrival. A lot of wonderful recommendation for places to visit and try out. The accomodation is very cozy. A varied range of food/lovely trattorias around. About 15 minutes walk to the train station.

Everything was perfect! Great location close to train station and city center and harbor. The host Fosco was very reachable and super helpful and so kind. Very nice touch of welcome gift. It was well equiped everything that you need for a stay including washing maschine.
