Fulvia was an amazing host. We had a great time staying with her and this was our favourite location out of the four different places we stayed in Italy. The room was very clean and spacious. We had the balcony which was a great place to sit in the morning and evening. The gardens of the accommodation are also beautiful and Fulvia had two lovely dogs. The location is a slight walk from the central station area, but we were happy with this as it was very quiet and we like a walk after our evening meal so it worked well. We had more space here than anywhere else we stayed in Italy.

“Cosy and calm”

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Bed is great, the bathroom is quite clean, outside is super silent. There s a kettle in room and some instant coffee/tea! Our room had two hairdryers - helped us to dry out clothes fast. The owner also can offer you a ride from the station if the weather is terrible, wish we knew that in advance 😅 A rabbit was detected in the area!

The location is great ! Quiet neighborhood, nearby to the train station. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, and overall super nice. I really recommend this guest house !

We can't recommend this property enough! The house and the rooms are beautiful, and Ms. Fulvia (the lady that runs the property) went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable! She welcomed us with a jar of homemade lemon jam and shared helpful info about the area with us. The room my partner and I rented was cleaned every day, and the whole property is beautifully taken care of.

“Ideal accomodation to visit Cinque Terre, La Spezia, and Ligurian Coast”

20 minute walk to the station with trains very often to Cinque Terre; close to city center; spacious room with nice bathroom, good wifi, airco (if you open the window you could be disturbed by the trains), refrigerator, coffee and tea; no disturbing sounds from other guests or street; every day room is cleaned and beds are made; we asked for separate beds and got additional one; elevator to all rooms; 2 lovely dogs and a cat in the garden

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful garden, friendly owners who have thought of every detail to stylishly furnish the apartment. Great starting point for visiting Cinque Terre. High level of cleanliness. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it and will happily return.

The host Fulvia was excellent and took good care of us. The room was clean, comfortable and had all systems (a/c) working. We slept comfortably. The location is excellent for a trip to Cinque Terre. I would recommend this property if you could get it!
