“Good value for money with a few drawbacks”

A very nice, clean apartment close to La Spezia Centrale station, which is very convenient for transport, although a bit far from the old town. Check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 10:00 felt slightly inconvenient compared to the usual 14:00 / 11:00 standard, and communication overall was not very clear—we had to ask several times for check-in instructions, which were only sent a few hours before arrival. Before arrival, we were asked to complete an online check-in form with too many questions. We had already provided our documents for registration, but there was still pressure to fill it out. We were five guests and there were not enough towels at first; only after a day, we were told to find it in a drawer. In addition, providing just two small portions of shampoo, body lotion, and soap for five people for two nights is quite limited. On the last day, the electricity went off and there were no clear instructions in the apartment on how to fix it; however, after calling, they responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue. We requested to leave our backpacks until later in the afternoon, but this was refused in an unwilling and unhelpful manner, without offering any alternative solution. While this was not guaranteed and we did not expect it—nor does it affect our rating—it still made us feel somewhat unwelcome. All in all, if you are not very picky about these details and mainly care about price-quality ratio, cleanliness, and a convenient location, it can still be a very good choice in La Spezia.

Nice, clean apartment. Very happy with the location. walking distance to train, where we continued on to cinque terre. You can find many good restaurants near the train station.

“Honey kitchen”

We were pleasantly surprise when we reach the apartment. It was a good size and it was clean and felt clean. It has ample space and even had a small balcony for my friend to smoke. But the best part was the kitchen. For us it made the place very homey.

Myros is a friendly and enthusiastic host. The house is very cozy and designed with love. The kitchenware and utensil are complete, especially I love the Italian coffee which is provided.. we also get tourist information about Cinque . Highly recommend to other tourists

Everything was exceptional. The cleanliness of the apartment, the location, the available resources and facilities in the apartment were amazing. Ambrogio was extremely nice and hospitable, he was always available to us and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. From the moment you walk into the apartment, you can tell that everything had been well thought out to ensure guests are comfortable and have access to anything and everything they need (even multiple international adapters). We were so so impressed and pleased with the level of care and thought that has been put into making this apartment comfortable and cosy. Ambrogio made the experience even better with his quality customer service, helpfulness and lively attitude. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything, small and cosy

This appartment is beautiful, well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Location is perfect if you want to visit Cinque Terre and be close to the railway station in center of La Spezia. Owners are very helpful and hospitable. We needed some extra help and they helped us to solve the problems very quickly. You can park for free in the streets around. Great decision😍

The owner made us feel very welcome especially with the platter left for us. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Walkable to the main train station. When we left it was pouring with rain so the owner very kindly dropped us to the train station - this was very much appreciated!

The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything. The appartment was great and big and very clean. We really loved it. The appartment had really everything! There was coffee and tea and there was even a breakfast with Nutella. The kids loved it. It was very close to the train station.

Location was fine - Appartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. There is really no lounge. The sofa in the kitchen takes up too much room and not really necessary as not really the best place to sit. Bedrooms are nice but one is obviously the lounge with a TV in it (not the kitchen). Bathroom was nice and spacious. All ok.
