Everything. The apartments were amazing, clean, spacious, kitchen, big bathroom, king size bed. Sea view, huge teracce with sunbeds and tables, absolutely stunning views! And in the room was small present of bottle of vine and panetone!

“Very pleased with our stay at Mira Mare.”
The standard and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent, two double bedrooms, large shower room, third single galleried bedroom over the dining area & kitchen. Appliances included kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine & dishwasher. Pool was excellent, if a little cold. Stunning views, 40min walk to La Spezia train station, €15-€20 for taxi back (recommended due to steep hills). Great base for quieter evenings after a day sight seeing and rest days. Handy restaurant literally next door. Staff friendly and helpful. A welcome pack of biscuits & wine was a really nice touch.

“Amazing stay gorgeous view!”
Apartment was beautiful really clean, really good level of facilities offered within the flat. Amazing view! Pool area was really nice with an amazing view of the harbour. Really kind staff with lots of advice on what to do in the area and how to do it. Cot was provided for our baby which we appreciated. Nice quiet safe area of the city so always felt quite safe.

“Great place to stay.”
The location of this property is outstanding. The vista, overlooking the bay, is magnificent. On arrival we were given a free upgrade to a very spacious apartment with every facility you could wish for. The accommodation was furnished and fitted out to a high standard. The restaurant next door was a bonus with excellent food.

Incredible apartment. We booked the Liceo so had the full floor to ourselves. Quality of the full apartment is brilliant. Views are exceptional. Best experience ever. Little restaurant next door was great too. Pool was lovely.

Dear, We would like to express our disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the rate of €300 per night. Upon arrival, there was no one present to welcome us. While that was not a major issue for us, we were immediately concerned when we entered the room and found dirt on the bed — not exactly a welcoming first impression. Our children were eager to go swimming, so we headed straight to the pool. Unfortunately, it was littered with small foam pieces from a broken surfboard, giving it an unkempt and unhygienic appearance. After swimming, we wanted to freshen up, but encountered more issues. The shower head was heavily soiled and showed clear signs of mold (see attached photo). Afterwards, the children wanted to watch Netflix, but the internet connection did not work. Additionally, the hairdryer was broken. All in all, the level of cleanliness and maintenance was far below what one would reasonably expect. At this price point, basic comfort and proper facilities should be a given. Regrettably, this experience leaves us with no reason to consider returning in the future. Kind regards, Isabelle
