“The best way to kick off our Italian holiday!”

The location is AMAZING. Super close to ferries and some of the best food we had in Italy. Fortunately there was some live music the 2 nights we were there so we were able to enjoy it from our balcony. You could hear it, but it wasn't too loud and with the doors/windows closed you barely heard it. Sergio is lovely and gave us an amazing restaurant suggestion for a local dish, Panigacci. Everything really was amazing.

The room was clean and well equipped. The location is great - very close to the shopping area and to the docks. Sergio was very hospitable and gave great tips about restaurants and about traveling around la spezia. I recommend this place whole hearted

“Acceptable But For One Night Only”

Location was good. The staff was helpful (they let me into my room earlier than the advertised time). Everything was very clean.

A small room as described with a single bed. All the extras. I loved the area and the building. Near the water, shops and restaurants. A good spot to stay , while exploring cinque terre without the pain of taking your luggage etc. Ferry down the street for the water access to Cinque Terre. There is an elevator but steps up one level to get to the elevator. I would stay here again! I would like to try a larger room.

Excellent stay in La Spezia! The owner gave us very helpful details about what to visit and how to reach the best destinations. There was a great cafe just next door where we had breakfast every morning. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony. Also, the accommodation is just a few minutes away from the harbour - would definitely recommend!

location was perfect! 15 min walk from La Spezia Centrale train station, bus stops taking you to Lerici or Portovenere direction as well as the Ferry to Cinque Terre. Sergio is great at giving you tips and I’m thankful as following his advice I had a better visit to Cinque Terre, so thank you!
