Unique and charming apartment with a history, very welcoming host. Very spacious and with good facilities. Right in the center of La Spezia.

Very clean and thoughtfully provided all essentials. Some food and drinks and easter eggs for the kids were bonus. Patrizia was also super nice in showing us around and explaining how to use everything. We felt at home throughout our stay.

The apartment is beautiful, large and well furnished, including everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. The patio is fantastic although we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t patio worthy. The building itself is very quiet. There are fantastic bakeries, gelato shops and cafes very near the apartment. Patrizia, the hostess, is fantastic.

“A gem of an apartment with a large outdoor terrace”

A wonderful, thoughtfully presented apartment with a huge outside terrace at the back. Patrizia the host had thought of everything and made our stay so comfortable.

“Welcoming, fully equipped period family apartment.”

Everything. The apartment has been in the family since 1954 and is fully equipped with character and space. The large terrace just outside the kitchen door is private to the apartment and very rare in apartment buildings. Having dinner under the gazebo on a fine autumn night was so pleasant. The main bedroom has its window towards the terrace not the street, so is quiet. The church bells stop for the night at 8.00 pm, and resume at 8.00 am. Very civilized. The experience that Patrizia gives to her guests is a credit to the memory of her grandparents.

A fantastic place to say, is handy to everything you would need, walking distance to the train station for the all important trip to cinque terre. Patricizia is very helpful and a lovely lady. The apartment has a large beautiful private deck for relaxing on. Enjoyed our stay of 6 days very much

The apartment was located at second floor in a building with elevator, was spacious including a big terrace, very clean, comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the host was very nice and attentive. Very convenient located to visit the Cinque Terre and other sightseeing in the area, close to the train station (5-7' walk) and public transportation. We will book again in case coming back in the area. Recommended.

Location was superb for the town and travel links. Owner of the property gave us a really useful briefing on the area, what to do, where to go to eat and how to get around

Beautiful and spacious flat in the center of the city. It is very well equipped, one could live there as everything is there. Very large (30 square meters?) terrace. Shops and a market nearby, train station as well. The owner was very nice and helpful, gave a lot of tips and also put a lot of effort in preparing guides and materials to help finding interesting places, restaurants or what's the best way to get around.
