Massimiliano is a warm and welcoming host. He helped us find parking and shared many great tips on what to see and do in Spezia and the surrounding area. The apartment is conveniently located next to shops and restaurants. We took the bus to the charming villages of Lerici and Portovenere, and the train to the stunning Cinque Terre. Our stay was wonderful – truly a place we can recommend. Massimiliano was always ready to help, and we could message him anytime if we needed anything.

Great location and very clean property ! Our host Massimiliano has been very welcoming and helpful . From our stay, we got both a very clean apartment to stay in, and also amazing suggestions from the host on what to do around the area and neighboring towns.

Our host, Massimiliano was the best! Super friendly, he met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. He gave us all sort of tips about where to go to, where to eat, how to book tickets, everything. Very helpful, made us feel welcome! It made all the difference, we felt straight away at home. Ideal location very close to the railway station and a short 25 mins walk to the ferry. La Spezia is much better than expected and food was very good everywhere we ate.

Great location, straight in the middle of the historical center, and a 5 minute walk away from the train station to cinque terra. Amazing little apartment with 2 sleeping rooms and a small kitchen and dining corner. Max, the host, went above and beyond. He helped us find a free parking space not too far from the apartment and helped us carry the luggage inside. He was also very helpful and pleasent. Beds very very comfortable and cleanliness was perfect.

The apartment is incredibly lovely, the pictures don't do it justice—it's much more lovely in reality with charming details that made it feel special. Every corner of the apartment has a thoughtful detail, and you keep discovering something beautiful that reflects the owner's great taste. That's why we loved staying in a place with so much charm. The hosts are incredibly nice people, and their attention to detail made our stay truly special and amazing. It had everything we needed, and we appreciated that it was just a few stairs up, which was a relief. We really enjoyed staying here, and the location near the train station was perfect for our trips to Cinque Terre, with a street full of restaurants just around the corner. Thank you!

We had a great time! The host was very welcoming and helped with everything including finding parking. The location is great - right in the middle of town and a few minutes from ferry and train. The place is amazingly clean and had everything we needed.

The location was spot and in a beautiful old building. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The location was right in the centre of town which made restaurants and shopping a breeze. We loved our stay at Max’s property. It is in a great location, a short walk to the train station and a few steps from restaurants, cafes etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything our little family needed. Max is very welcoming and happy to help make your stay in the beautiful La Spezia and Cinque Terre area as great as possible.

Great location, near the train station and bus stop. there is everything you need nearby bakery, supermarket, bar and restaurants. Max met us off the train and gave us lots of information about the area and where to buy train and bus tickets and where to get the bus to portovenere. The apartment is perfect, rooms are spacious, shower is great and the AC. would definitely recommend staying here

“Fantastic host and a great base for Cinque Terre”

Max was a gentleman. He met us at the train station, even following a two hour train delay. He walked us to the accommodation which is a short walk from the station, provided restaurant recommendations and explained all key info for the apartment as well as the local area. The property was a perfect base to visit the Cinque Terre. The bathroom was new and the property was clean throughout.
