This was a terrific place for our family of 7 + dog. The host was reliable, on time, quick to answer messages, and friendly. The apartment was cool, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped and ideal for our group. It's well located in terms of being walking distance to restaurants, cafes and other areas. Great to be able to leave our car securely parked while we walked or caught the train. :) Overall, a very good experience. :)

The host was wonderful, very friendly and always available. He was there to greet and meet us and explained everything during check in. Even offered us to help with garbage bags 😀. the house was perfect for 2 families with kids. it was very spacious. Everything was available in the house. It was near to the La Spezia central station. Many shops were nearby. I highly recommend this property.

“Excellent location, great parking, large, clean and secure apartment.”
Extremely helpful and friendly owner who walked with us to the station to help us buy tickets to take the train to Cinque Terre. I was allowed to park my car in his secure private parking place and he saw us off to say goodbye at 7.00am.

“Excellent place”
First of all, Giancarlo the owner of the apartment is an amazing person , he welcomed us as if he has known us for a long time . Took us to a wonderful restaurant when we asked for his help. The apartment was clean and spacious . Infact we had so much fun and there was no disturb whatsoever. He was always available to help us .

“Lovely and comfortable apartment”
The apartment is lovely and it is fully equipped.Giancarlo was really friendly and he show us around the apartment. He also recommended a restaurant which they served really good food and the desserts were fantastic! Also it is just a short walk from the apartment to the train station and you could take the train to visit other towns.
