Very cozy place, that feels like home, even when you are on vacation. Beautiful garden. No tortoises in this season. Place is spacious, with all the amenities for comfortable stay. Very safe area and good place to park nearly as well. The host is welcoming and easy to communicate, as he is fluent in English. Approximately 15 minutes (on foot) from train station, to catch the train to 5 terre.

The host was very friendly and gave us a good welcome with many detailed recommendations what to do in the area. The apartment is small but cosy and has a nice private garden where to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity and a busy city centre area is in a walkable distance.

Beautifully renovated apt with everything we needed! Gorgeous and very private garden area where you could sit outside in the shade. Terrific place with really good calzones nearby. Andrew had many suggestions for places to visit and restaurants.

Our stay at Andrew's place Ca do' Dria was perfect! We loved his charming house and beautiful garden with a lot of privacy. We went to Cinque Terra and Pisa by train, the trainstation is 15/20 minutes walk. Close to the house you find some supermarkets and restaurants, but also visit La Spezia city center, very nice. Andrew, thanks for all the information and personal attention!

“Perfect Location and Amazing Service!”

If anyone is going to Cinque Terre or Portofino, I would 100% recommend to stay here. Honestly, we will definitely be back. The location was perfect. So close to the train station, which is what you want, making it easier to reach the 5 Terre and Portofino and anything else you want to do. The place was so clean and comfortable. It’s like your own little house - super romantic. Andrew was so awesome and helpful. Anything we needed and he was there and was quick to respond. He made a lot of recommendations, which really pulled through. We absolutely loved his recommendation of Antica Osteria Da Caran. It was an affordable restaurant with some of the best pizza we tried in Italy. It had a lot of locals and price was great. We went twice!

This is truly a charming property. It is very secure. Free parking was close by. The host was exceptional, offering advise for places to visit, dine and purchase food and services.

Perfect place to stay in La Spezia. It was simple to access this place by walking from train station. Communication with a host was easy and he gave us good tips for our vacation in La Spezia/Cinque Terre (places to visit, restaurants and beaches). Cleanliness of this accommodation was exceptional!

“Perfect ten!”

The apartment is very close to the train station so it is a very good start if you want to visit Cinque Terre. It is very well equipped and decorated with taste. The garden is a perfect place to take your breakfast or relax at the end of the day. The host was very friendly and made sure we had a good time. A lot of parking space for the car.

“Great apartment with incredibly helpful host”

The host was incredibly nice and helpful. He sent us several local recommendations that were very helpful and made our trip better. The apartment is very comfortable with a good atmosphere and it lived up to all our expectations. You have to walk around 15 min to get to La Spezia station, but the neighbourhood is nice and not touristic (we were happy to stay in La Spezia instead of one of the very touristic neighbouring towns - these are nice to visit, but we preferred not to stay there).

Andrew is a very good host! We got a lot of tips for things to do, to eat, to visite and so on. Any questions we had were answered within a second. The house was super clean and the garden superb. A little gem. We had a wonderfull stay!

Our stay was excellent. The place and garden was clean, new, and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Our host was flexible, kind, responsive and proactive. He provided us with recommendations for what to do in the area and where to dine - and the 2 restaurants we tried were perfect. We also loved the turtles keeping us with company in the garden. Big plus!

The facilities in the room are quite new and it is nicely decorated. I love the garden outside where you can sit cosily and take a sip of coffee in the morning. We were awakened by the sound of birds chirping in the early morning 😂Andrew is a very nice host offering us valuable information for sightseeing. Do enjoy our short stay here!

Good location, close to supermarket & train station (15-20 min walk), parking possible very close for free. The house has very good facilities (everything is new) and also a yard where you can stay outside. The host was very kind, he gave us a lot of information regarding local restaurants and what to visit.

The apt is perfect for a couple. Although there is a sofabed, there is no door separating the bedroom and the sitting room. We loved the space, everything is brand new!
