I had a wonderful stay at this property and would happily recommend it. My room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the entire property was spotless throughout my stay. One of my favorite features was the beautiful view from my balcony, as well as the lovely scenery visible from other balconies around the property. The terrace downstairs is absolutely beautiful and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. Whether you’re enjoying a nice dinner or simply spending some quiet time on one of the lounge chairs, it’s a wonderful place to unwind. Listening to the crickets and night birds in the evening creates a peaceful atmosphere and a perfect ending to the day. Overall, this is a clean, charming, and relaxing property with beautiful views and inviting outdoor spaces. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return.

The location is a bit away from the downtown / center but the view is really something. The owner was so kind and suggest where to go for a meal, as well as the instructions how to reach free parking and Cinque Terre train. The breakfast was great, very unique ... a picnic bag with all necesarry things in it, together with breakfast-food. Very nice experience

Very good accomodation in La Spezia, the perfect spot if you want to visit Cinque Terre, The view was so beautiful, the bed is so comfortable. Nice and helpfull service, very good care of the guests. A place to recomand! ☺️

The view was amazing! And it was a short walk from the bus stop up a hill to the property. Careful of the stairs at the top otherwise very easy to access. Beautiful room with balcony and breakfast was provided every morning.

The B&B was pretty and peaceful with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast basket was a very nice touch. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Everything is clean enough, I like that approach with attention to the details, a lot of snakes is available, bottle with cold clean water is waiting to you in the refrigerator. But main thing it's view!

The location is very good, since it is a 10min drive to the main city and it is a quiet isolated place. The view is astonishing - especially in the morning. The hostess is a lovely lady, very helpful and responsive. There is a self-checkin, so you may arrive whenever you like. There is a kitchen that has MW, stove, fridge, coffee machine etc.

We had everything we were looking for. There is a private parking lot at the end of a short uphill way. The yard is beautiful with lots of greenery. We stayed in the apartment named Ale and it is spacious enough for two people. The bathroom is small but functional. There is a balcony with a nice view. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed for preparing a meal and drinks. Alessandra is a very kind owner. She informed us on what to see around, where to eat, etc. We had a minor inconvenience with the front door and she came and solved the problem in ten minutes. Since we were visiting in January, we had the AC unit on for heating.

La Spezzia is an interesting city , near Cinque Terre , but visit it in another month than august .
