“Has several positives but couldn't personally recommend.”
Location is great, minutes walk to the old town and the train station. Lovely spacious property, good shower. Bonus en suite toilet (but needed some fussing to stop it flushing constantly). They let us check in early (probably to make up for shocking delays in communication up to that point), but the cleaner was trying to enter the property before check out time. Hosts were extremely generous in the provision of coffee pods which is always welcomed.

Very good location, in the center of La Spezia, very close to the train station and to restaurants. The apartment was clean and has everything you need inside.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this apartment because we visited Cinque Terre. Check in is very easy. The apartment is close to the train station. It had a coffee machine and coffee capsules. The bed was very comfortable. They provide you with towels, and small bottles of shampoo. :)

“Pleasant stay”
Beautiful apartment very nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable enough for 3 people and all the house was pretty cleaned.

The location is fantastic, about a 5 min walk to the train station. The apartment was clean and met all of our needs throughout the stay. The host communicated well and answered any questions I had. Overall, this was a perfect trip.

The apartment was only a couple minutes walk from the train, very easy and quick to get to. Everything was very clean and comfortable! There was a supermarket just down the street and all the restaurants and main areas of the town were just a street away. Area felt very safe, even at night. Communication with host was very quick and self check in was extremely efficient and easy. Overall, couldn’t recommend this place enough :)
