Everything was perfect! We just would like to suggest to ler also some glasses on top of the coffee ones, because we missed that, but everything was perfect and clean 🤗

“Bella Italia”
The apartment was located in a very good area, easy access to points of interest. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the linen was clean. They offer 2 bottles of still water, tea bags and 2 coffee capsules (there is a coffee machine and kettle).

Room is basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom and fittings are clean and well maintained. Located very convinently behind the market place and the shopping & dining streets.

Most importantly: the bed was perfect, big and very comfortable, beddings and bed linen looked brand new and super fresh. We liked the room, we stayed in a blue room and it was nice. The staff were helpful and very nice. Also the location was perfect. We easily travelled to Cinque Terre, Porto Venere and Lerici. Also La Spezia had a lot to offer.

“Excellent Option - Go for it!”
The location was super close to the station (less than 10 minutes), in the heart of La spezia. It was easy to access everything within centro - restaurants and shopping places, and there was a supermarket and a pharmacy right next to the apartment. The apartment was super clean, well maintained and modernized and all facilities were fully functional including the AC. We enjoyed every bit of our stay there, and above all, the very friendly and highly responsive hosts made our stay easier. Definitely recommend, and I would go back there! Thanks both for giving us the space, and keep up your hospitality 😇

Very nice and cozy apartment, situated very close to the town center and a 5 min walk to the train station. The apartment was very clean and confortable with everything you need for a nice vacation. Very close to shops and restaurants situated on a quiet street.

Apartment in the city center, near many restaurants and bars. Less than 10 min to central station by walk. It s nice that was there lift. It is possible to garage your car , but its a little bit expensive( 25 E per night)

“Very comfortable and clean room in a perfect location!”
The room was clean, very comfortable and around the size I thought it would be from the photos! The process for checking in and out was easy and seamless. It was an ideal location for us - less than 10 mins walk to La Spezia station so very easy taking the train for the airport and travelling to Cinque Terre. Really enjoyed the stay overall and glad we chose to book here. Thank you!
