“Best apartment in Italy!”

Best apartment we have ever stayed in! Great location and balcony! Very clean and neat, well equiped, elegantly decorated. The wine, orange juice and water were appreciated so much! Will definitely recomment AM's to everyone!

The apartment was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We were met by the owners who showed us where everything was. The location was just perfect as a base for visiting The Cinque Terre, about a 7 minute walk from the station. In the other direction, a 12 minute walk to the harbour. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk away and lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. We thought it was great value for money and would definitely return.

Truly all praise for the hosts and the way they welcomed us. The welcome and hospitality were at a very high level! The apartment is spacious, bright, very well located in the city on the main street, close to the train station and the seaside, clean, modern, and well-equipped.

The central location & easy to get to from the train

Great apartment on an ideal location near to the train station and not far from the port. Had a nice suprise of a bottle of wine and some beer on arrival. On first floor but had a lift for luggage. Communication prior to arrival was good. The apartment was very clean and it had all we needed for a 6 night stay. Located on a pedestrian street with lots of eateries and cafes near by. However it was very quiet noise wise. I would stop here again.

AM’s Apartment is just lovely! Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It is a very comfortable place to stay, and the location is great, in a main area of La Spezia. The hosts Miriam and Marco met us on arrival and warmly welcomed us.

My daughter and I had a beautiful stay at this gorgeous apartment. Location was awesome, it was spotless and our hosts were lovely. Really really hope to return one day. Definately recommend staying here.

The apartment is in a great location and Marco & Miriam are gracious hosts. Apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a break from hotels.

The very friendly owner gave us a nice reception, and also came to see us off when we left. The apartment has a nice modern interior, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. (We only used the master bedroom, but there is an extra single bedroom). WiFi and airco both worked perfectly. The apartment is on the first floor in an authentic building in the middle of the lively main street that runs all the way from the railway station to the harbor (no traffic, only pedestrians and cyclists). It has a nice small balcony, so you can observe street life all day from above, which I particularly liked. Of course this gives quite some noise, but with windows closed all noise can be shut out completely.

The location was excellent, the appartment had everything you need, it was clean and even had some basic supplies provided! Overall, a fantastic place to stay! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and well equipped. Marco and Miriam made us very welcome and were easily contactable. The apartment is in a superb location with bars and restaurants all around. Short walk to the train station and the port. Can highly recommend the cafe next door as per the photo.

Good location within walking distance of train station. Roomy clean apartment. Kitchen was well stocked and hosts provided extras such as drinks, milk, condiments. Hosts greeted us at the apartment and provided helpful information.

The only think we would have liked would have been a drier. It was rainy during our visit so nothing dried on its own. Not a huge deal however. It was still a great place.

Wonderful hosts who clearly take a great deal of pride in their apartment which was fully justified. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with all the qualities we were expecting and lovely touches from Marco and Miriam. The location was perfect with easy access to the station and port, restaurants and shopping being in the centre of town. Probably the best property we've rented.

Marco and Miriam were so welcoming. They met us at the apartment and were kind enough to leave water, milk, juice, beer and wine for us to enjoy during our stay. Communication before our arrival was excellent including directions. When we arrived, Marco and Miriam showed us through the apartment, gave us useful information about where to dine, supermarkets, marina etc and had lots of information in the apartment for sight seeing options. Also emergency contact details. The apartment is located in the pedestrian only area so was nice to sit out on the balcony with a drink and watch the activity in the street. Was also very quiet at night so great for getting a good night’s sleep. The apartment is close to train so easy to get to Cinque Terre villages. We had a wonderful 4 days at AM’s apartment, thank you Marco and Miriam, you are excellent hosts.
