Here we finally got some good sleep because the bed is nice and the aircon works well. Also the owner kept everything so clean, the location is great and when we left she had even had a small surprise for us. Really appreciated

We had a wonderful stay! Cristina was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The location is great, especially for visiting Cinque Terre, with easy access to the train station and La Spezia city centre. “Great place with great staff”

The place was clean and located just in the centre of La Spezia -easy to reach, with loads of shops and restaurants around and close to the main train station (about 10-min walk). The host was friendly and provided loads of recomendations and navigations how to get to Cinque terre.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in. Located on the main street, with easy access to the train station, port, bus stops, and plenty of food options. Kristina is a very helpful host, she has lots of useful advice.Place was very clean and quiet!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the location of the hotel was good, near the station, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The hostess Cristina was so welcoming, very informative with local recommendations and she went above and above and beyond during our stay.

Everything in our stay was just amazing! We would definitely come back and stay at Cristina's place again, also recommend to friends! Cristina was super kind and friendly, she was giving a lot of guidance and recommendations during all our stay. The place itself is super clean and well-maintained! There is some free water/coffee included and all kind of toiletries. Check in was very easy. Location is just perfect - super central - close to everything, the center, the marina, the train station and also one of the best bakeries in town is just less than 1 min away! Simply everything was perfect!!

This property is in great location, nearby walking streets. There was comfortable bed, coffee, some snacks and drinks at the room. Host Cristina was super helpfull, thanks to her, we reached the airport on time. I highly reccomend this place

I loved the feeling of staying in a real Italian apartment building rather than just in a hotel . Cristina was such a wonderful , friendly , kind host…….she made me feel very welcome . The room was spotlessly clean , stylish and tasteful . The communal areas were also bright and tasteful . There is a pleasant terrace with tables ……I enjoyed sitting there in the evening with some food and a glass of wine . From here you see the neighbours preparing their evening meals , eating on their terraces : again , it gives a feeling of seeing normal Italian life .
