“A Helpful Last-Minute Stay, but With Some Surprising Shortfalls”

This hotel was truly a lifesaver for us. It was one of the only places available late on a Saturday night after we had to unexpectedly leave our original hotel, and for that reason alone we were grateful to find a room. Because of the situation, I didn’t read the hotel details carefully—honestly, even if I had known about the missing amenities, I still would have booked it. That said, there were several surprises that other travelers might want to know about. After three weeks traveling through Chile, this was the first room we encountered without WiFi. Every other hotel we stayed in, including those in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay, also had a small fridge—something this room lacked as well. The biggest surprise was the door. It didn’t lock automatically behind us, and the simple key-operated lock felt no sturdier than the one on my bathroom door at home. I always check the door, so it wasn’t a major issue for us, but this could be concerning for some guests. A few small touches were also missing: a hook in the bathroom to hang a wet towel after showering, an extra mirror in the room for when the bathroom mirror is fogged up, and more than half a roll of toilet paper—there was no backup provided. I know these are minor details, and given our circumstances, the room still served its purpose well. But since every other hotel on our trip had these basic amenities, future guests may want to be aware of what’s not included here. Overall, we appreciated having a place to stay when we really needed one, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the amenities and attention to detail.

Location was really good, near to the beach and restaurantes. Breakfast in the hotel was nice. Staff was super friendly and kind.

“Relax near the Ocean”

We had a great time, the bed was excellent, and the location was quiet. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, where you can see pelicans and enjoy a stunning sunset. We ate well at the restaurant. The staff is very cheerful and friendly. Massages and a heated pool are available for those who want them. Everything was fine, including the bathroom and shower. Breakfast was very good and international. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thanks!

“Great older hotel on a large well greened property with a short walk to the beach”

We enjoyed this nice older style hotel on a large green property with pool and tennis facilities. It is a short walk to the beach. The onsite restaurant was good and the staff were great. The booking.com listing incorrectly states there is no internet - there is internet in the reception and restaurant area, and since our room was above the restaurant we also had internet in our room !

Nice pool and staff were friendly. Less than 5 minutes to the beach.

Location excellent Breakfast adéquate. We did not use facilities in the hotel as we spent a lot of time travelling around. Attractive Christmas decorations

Very green & clean. The sauna was nice although you need to give a good hour notice for them to heat it up. The staff were friendly.
