Lovely small studio house which was Comfortable and well equipped, liked the organic toiletries especially as good for skin and environment. Very comfortable bed and nice outdoor seating area. Really close to the town with shops, restaurants and bike hire etc. so convenient location.

Super close to the main beach and to port. Really nice apartament with huge bed and all equipment to prepare breakfast. Great place!

The room was clean, comfortable, with a large bed and quite new bathroom. I loved the decoration as it feels very mediterranean. The location is also great, close to everything.

Everything was impecable. Great cozy house, very well located. Didn't meet any staff, but everything was taken care of in advance and remotely. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return and advise to anyone visiting Formentera.

We loved our stay here. We had a great little terrace looking onto the salt lakes and the inside felt like a little home. It had everything we needed and some small thoughtful details that made the stay really enjoyable.

Location was very close to everything you need but so peaceful and with a stunning views. Fantastic location to see the sunrise on October mornings.

Well styled, great location, super clean and comfortable

- The beds are very small and uncomfortable - The apartment gets humid and stuffy. It is not possible to ventilate because the area suffers from mosquito plagues and they ask you to keep doors and windows shut. They have not invested in mosquito nets to prevent that or provide you with plugs to keep them away ( you are supposed to buy it yourself) - In general, the onus of the stay is on the guest: the dont clean it claiming is not their remit and you are suppossed to take out the bin, do the dishes and buy everything you need to be able to clean the appartment. If you run out of hand soap they wont replace it as their policy is that it is only courtesy. - It is difficult to find it as the appartments are behind a wall only accesible through small steps that get you over the wall. Keep this is mind if you are carrying a big suitcase because it is quite a hike and you need to lift your bag. They don't walk the customers to the houses to avoid you from getting lost or to give you a hand with the bags despite the office is literally 8 minutes away on foot. - The kitchen is not well equipped, so forget about doing your meals there, it wont work. - All the inconveniences of renting an appartment while none of the benefits. Better to stay in a hotel for that price.
