Horrendous hotel to be a 5 star hotel. No porter, very expensive for the available facilities. Spa extremely expensive Xle dive and very average quality. Overall a real disappointment for such a nice hotel

We stayed at this hotel for four days. After having stayed in two other five-star hotels on the island, we can clearly say that this one does not meet five-star standards. The location is good, but the hotel is seriously understaffed, which results in a very low level of service. Our room was not cleaned properly, even though we were often out between 9 a.m. and 4–5 p.m. At lunchtime, waiting times at the restaurant were extremely long. The staff is friendly and clearly doing their best, but they are obviously overwhelmed due to the lack of personnel. At the pool, guests have to compete for sun loungers, as many people reserve them for the entire day without any control. The hotel has a beautiful setting and kind staff, but there are far too many details that make the overall experience unworthy of a five-star hotel. It cannot be compared to the quality and service level of hotels like The Palm Hotel, for example. Considering the high price, we do not recommend this hotel.

Luxurious, clean, professional. The hotel is great. The location is good but would recommend hiring a car to get around Reunion island. It will be cheaper and better to get around. The food was good and the most patient and friendly staff.
