“Quintessential Gite in the Dordogne”
Very generous hosts - even left a welcoming pack of wine and shortbread. A good supply of (bath and hand) towels and flannels. There was even a kettle, which seem to be very rare in these types of properties; and modern induction hob. The place was very clean and clearly the owners are proud of what they offer. Absolutely charming. The location is quiet and conveniently located far enough away from the popular riverside, but close enough to walk for the fit (it is uphill on the way back). The roads and lanes in the area are small but the host offers good directions to the property; the gite has a good parking and turning facility. If visitors are looking for a fine gite in this area, they need to look no further. Highly recommended.

Property was as described and as per photographs. property was perfect for our requirements, a spacious living room with TV, wifi and a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean, as was the toilet facilities. Nice little touches such as the hosts leaving a locally produced cake and bottle of wine and the hosts did visit during the stay to check that we were happy.
