Overall, the entire experience at the hotel was very enjoyable. I liked all the food we tried, all the drinks, the activities, and the shows. It was a very pleasant stay.

From the good, I can note the well-functioning Internet throughout the hotel. The rooms have excellent air conditioners. The rooms are not humid. The food in restaurants is pretty good. Not much choice, but you won’t stay hungry. I also want to mention a wonderful children’s club. Beautiful girls work there who entertain children. The water in the sea was very clean. I also managed to attend a massage. The masseuses were wonderful and did their job well, very nice women!

“Waste of time, money and energy”
Never Again. ● First 4 days, towels and bedsheets were not changed. We request verbally a few times every day. ●The phone was not working during the 6 days we stayed . ●Pipe under the sink had a gap. When opened, the bathroom was getting floated ( not fixed for 3 days, literally we had to brush our teeth in the shower) ● Mould around the sink. ●During a night storm, our room got completed floated, and it stayed that way for 24 hours. After many attempts and informing everyone ( cleaners, maintenance, and even directors), actions were not taken. ●Pool and beach ( if you don't wanna lay on the grass ), wake yourself up at 5 am. to leave a towel on top of the sunbeds. Forget about having a place to spend your day otherwise. ●Restaurants included: start queuing at 6pm, no way, you'll get a spot if you don't( you will end up eating at the buffet, not bad, tho). ● Wear shoes ALL the time at the beach, not safe. There were screws ( see the picture), broken glasses that make this place no safe to walk barefoot. Waste of money and energy!
