“Fantastice resort and staff”

Staff were great and super friendly, all inclusive restaurants were good and not limited to certain menu items (but no buffet option in the evenings), and we were given a free upgrade to a 4 bedroom villa when we arrived which was a very nice surprise! As a European, I was a bit wary of the expectancy around tipping so we took lots of low denomination USD and tipped servers at all bars/restaurants, cleaning staff etc., but I never once got a sense that it was expected and a few dollars was always gratefully received. The golf facilities were excellent and the courses were in great condition. You must take a caddie on Teeth of the Dog and Dye Fore (caddie paid directly in cash) but there was no pressure to use one on the Links. My son and I did question some of the guy's reads on the greens though... TotD was visually stunning although as mid/high handicappers, we found it a lot easier than the Dye Fore course, with the latter played over rolling cliffs with big drop offs around most greens so accuracy from the (wide) fairways was important

The property is huge. It is a city that has everything from activities like golf, shooting, polo, spa, 10 restaurants to relaxing beaches with 3 swimming pools and amazing villas. We got a nice golf car to get around the resort which was super fun.

The beach is very nice. Some nice restaurants but very expensive, its casa the campo, so you pay it.

Literally, best resort there is in this world. Everything absolutely everything here is a 10/10 Cannot wait until we can come back Heaven on earth!

At the gate of the resort, I lost one hour because of some difficulties to find my reservation through Booking. Regarding the orientation. They don’t have a map or a presentation of all villas. Later, again, during the checkin procedure, I lost other hour. the staff is trying to be generally nice, polite, but even not all of them know to indicate you where are some villas. I booked through Booking and I payed everything, but when I arrived, at the location they charged me more as a guarantee. Almost after one week, I still didn’t received back my money. Always I tried to be polite with the staff, always I gave some tips, but They charged me more for the goods which I didn’t used from mini bar! I have prove for this. All inclusiv lunch actually is not ALL inclusive, despite is it very expensive. The drinks (the Thea, the juice and one dominican beer) I should pay extra !

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel offers a variety of services in Casa de Campo, like beach access or several good restaurants. Golf carts are offered for free and are the best way to move around.

Casa de Campo is understood to be the 'top' resort of the country and it did not disappoint. Indeed from the first complimentary cocktail at reception to both the level of luxury and extent of the facilities, all surpassed our expectation, surprising us anew several times with sheer variety. Exceptional SPA. Plentiful restaurants and a vast and stunningly beautiful area to explore. So enjoyed the golf buggy to get around. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

After I wrote the truth about the hotel in the previous reviews, that they do not return the deposit, they do not let me into the room. Registration in Booking takes place and the hotel says that there are no rooms, although registration takes place when booking!!!! Terrible hotel!!! They steal the deposit, and if you tell the truth about them in the reviews, they won't let you into the room! They should be judged!!!!! Respond, Good lawyers ;) Uche was not allowed four times!!! There is a documentary confirmation of my words! And in the last two months I have been staying in this hotel for about a month. I rented rooms more than ten times for several nights!!! Draw conclusions!!! I am a local resident, but imagine what attitude to those who rarely come to them)))
