“Very disappointing”
The receptionist could only communicate in French which was unusual for such a large hotel complex. The room was disappointing as the bedding was not clean. The blue cover had been used and was stained. We were very cold as we only had the top sheet to use. The bath and shower screen were dirty. By the time we has cleaned them the hot water had run out of the tank. We had to wait until the next morning for a shower. The reception closed just after we arrived at 5pm so we could not address the bathroom or bedding issues.
