“Nice place to stay at for Volcano hike.”
A nice place we stayed at so that we commute to the Piton de la Fournaise early morning next day. Calm area, friendly host family. Nice and clean room.

Lovely, young family run guest house. All new and clean. Rooms spotless. Super fresh and simple breakfast. Banana confiture - what a treat. Situated next door to a decent restaurant for dinner. Perfect GR walking stop.

“Great starting point for exploring the volcano”
Extremely nice staff (very helpful and knowledgeable about hiking routes) and very cosy dinner in the evenings with great local food. Spacious room with couch area and heating (important since it gets cold in the mountains). No wifi in the room, which should be standard these days.
