“Large and comfortable apartment in a very central location.”

The apartment was large, plenty of space for our family (two adults and two children under 10). The apartment was clean and had clean bed linen and towels for each of the beds. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very well stocked, and provided enough space for meals in the week. The location is directly in the centre of La Plagne, and so access to shops and the ski schools is only a 2 min walk, you can not get closer.

“I had nothing to do but watch on my I-pad all trip( except for skiing).”

There was a lot of beds and showers. Also, there is a fridge and a lot of cutleries. They gave us stuff for the dishwasher and window views were nice. It was close to the ski resort, which was convienient.

The location and Alexandra (Manager) is helpful and tries her best.

The location was fantastic. Particularly for the children’s ESF ski lessons. Meeting point right outside. Bakery and spar located close by for breakfast and supplies. Apartment was lovely and warm throughout the stay and staff were extremely helpful.

I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and support from the Odalys staff during our ski trip in France. From the moment we arrived, Alexandra went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. We drove from London, and we were tired. When we arrived - talking to Alexandra for 5 minutes changed my mood/view about the place :-). I didn’t expect such a caring and attentive approach—every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Alexandra's local knowledge and willingness to assist made our stay all the more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team at Odalys, especially Alexandra, for making our trip memorable!

The location was good once we managed to find the door. The overall size of the apartment was good and it was well presented (clean and tidy with nothing broken).

We loved the location, you couldn't be more central. The apartment itself was great, good layout and great space. It was quite modern in appearance too. Beds were comfortable. The receptionist was helpful and answered my many questions/resolved our issues. I felt sorry for her as she was always by herself and apparently only gets the information of incoming guests shortly before their arrival. She had not received any of my emails. She was pleasant and professional despite this. The lift was great.
