“Very welcoming, helpful & comfortable.”
Ximena was very good at communicating prior to our stay & she offered help. When she realised we didn’t speak Spanish she put her brother on the phone to us while they guided us around the apartment to ensure we understood everything. She sent us maps and recommendations to help us. Ximena assisted us with booking taxis from / to the apartment. My husband was feeling unwell and Ximena had no guests staying the next night so we were able to pay for a late check out. Before this she had agreed to store our luggage until our departure. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is lovely & hot. It’s in a good location and handy for the cable cars.There is a great view across the city. There are shops and restaurants/ food court very close by.
