The Parador de las Cañadas del Teide boasts an unbeatable location, next to a volcano in the stunning Teide National Park that covers the centre of the island of Tenerife. Cañadas del Teide is set 2000 metres above sea level, and from the hotel you can enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding, lush, tropical green landscapes. “Pricey but unique stay close to Teide.”
Amazing position, right in the centre of the Teide National park, with fabulous views. Comfy room, with a stylish bathroom and balcony. Attractive lounge areas and a fine restaurant. Friendly staff.

“Highly recommended, location awesome, and friendly staff with great food.”
Amazing location, we’re glad we went for the superior room as it gave an incredible view of the mountain. Food was great, really friendly and helpful staff, car park was very handy as it gets busy on the road. The pool with the view of to e mountain was a particular highlight. Good cold shower for after the sauna too! Star gazing was incredible too. Would love to come back.

I had an excellent stay here. The views are amazing, the place is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good, and everything worked perfectly. I can only recommend this hotel!

“Beautiful place to stay I'd love to come back with better weather.”
The reception staff are very lovely and speak good English. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable with lovely bed and sheets. It is spacious and everything worked well. Wonderful views all round and close to some of the most amazing scenery I've ever seen. There is a gym and an indoor pool, which is useful and dedicated parking for guests. However it is useful to speak Spanish in the restaurant. We were there when there were many road closures due to a tropical storm and all the hiking trails, attractions etc were closed and this may have affected staff levels in some areas. In the restaurant they serve filtered as well as bottled water -it's cheaper as well as less wasteful! The food was excellent quality. Despite the weather issues they still provided excellent service.

Great location for walking holidays. Very busy by day with day -trippers and hikers but quietens down at night . Very clean , comfortable hotel with swimming pool , gym etc. Very good breakfast and evening meals - only complaint was the coffee dispensing machine - very slow and seemed to malfunction often.

Situated in centre of Teide National Park this is the perfect location for hiking, we did trails straight from hotel (Mt Guajara & Roques de Garcia) and it was perfect to not worry about driving / parking. Beautiful alpine / chateau vibe hotel, great customer service and the pool view was just incredible! We enjoyed lunch on the outside terrace.

“Two wonderful days”
Location of course is unsurpassable. Breakfast excellent, evening meal likewise- slight preference for the meat over the fish courses. Helped with our luggage despite (I guess) staff shortages Reserved time to be in the Roques area for sunset.
