The house is situated in close proximity to all major touristic destinations -- La Orotava historical center & Casa de los balcones (beautiful balcony houses) etc. The house is spacious & clean with an open floor plan of indoor/Outdoor living and a beautiful view of the ocean below & Mount Teide. It has a lot of natural light flowing in & has all the amenities necessary for home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, esp with the orange & banana trees planted on the grounds. There appears to be an outdoor jacuzzi, but, we were here during late Fall, thus, the weather wasn't suitable for our use. The host, Paul, is very attentive & responsive. All of our questions are addressed immediately. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful get away. The on ly downside is parking. The parking garage/space on the property is sloped downward through the house's narrow gâté, making it difficult to park.

The apartment had everything we needed, everything was in good condition and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, there's no noise at night, and it offers a very pleasant view! We highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay! The living room is spacious and bright, ideal for spending time with friends. We enjoyed barbecues, jacuzzi sessions, laundry, and a pleasant time relaxing on the large sofa in the living room. And the host is very kind :)

The whole house is amazing. The garden even more! The host is very kind, speaks perfect english and helps with answering every question. The house is child friendly, has everything you need and more. Parking requires some skills and a vehicle with proper working parking brake but overall very manageable. There are options to park outside a few hundred meters away if for whatever reason you prefer.
