“Best place with unbeatable view”

A wonderful apartment in a great location, which is perfect for one person or a couple. I could always park in front of the building. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the wifi worked well during my stay. The view is unbeatable, I loved just lying in bed and listening to the sounds of nature. The communication with Carlos was very smooth. All in all staying in the apartment was a fantastic experience, I hope to return soon.

The view from the apartment is amazing. We stayed in 3 different appartments during our holidays and this one was by far the cleanest. It is small but very well equipped with everything you need. Carlos is a very nice guy, very helpful. Answers all the questions you have. If i ever come back to the north part of the island this is where i will stay.

“Perfect experience”

Just amazing experience, we enjoy so much the view from appartments balcony, and appartmemt it self, very cozy and perfecly equipmented, everything was very clean and welcoming. Its better with a car, but we stayed without it and it was fun to walk everyday down from hill and then up the hill, we enjoyed that process a lot, its like a good cardio in the gym. :) Carlos the owner left in the appartment very nice suggestions what to visit, where to eat, and best market for the food, we use that, so thank you so much. Everything was perfect, we would like to come back in the future, and definitely recommending this place

“One of the best stays we had”

The accommodation exceeded out expectations in many aspects. Despite that fact that flat is small, it had everything we needed, design choices are well thought out, view was fantastic, communication was easy, even managed to find parking spot every time.

Host was very helpful and accommodation had lots of recommendations of what to do in the area. The view was stunning, and the apartment was very clean. Good location for all day trips out.

Everything was exceptional, the view is unbelievable, the apartment was well equipped and the whole place is really quiet, which is great. It was really easy to park the car in front of the complex and the owner is was superfriendly. I hope that soon I will come back. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment has the most amazing views of the Volcano, the ocean and Puerto de la Cruz in the distance. The best view I've ever seen from a balcony. It's perfect for 2 people and has all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. Also plenty of parking spaces.

The apartment is very well equipped, there is everything you need for a long stay, and even more. Beautiful ocean view. Quiet place. The apartment is clean, newly renovated. It seems this apartment is the record holder for the number of lockers per square meter :) Good and modern TV, stable and fast Wi-Fi. The house where apartment located have their own parking, almost always had a place for car. Responsive english speaking owner. Pleasant surprise upon arrival.

The view from the balcony is absolutely breath-taking. We were amazed by the apartment's cleanness, and equipment. It is perfect in every way. However it is written to 36m², it is not more than 26, but was really enough, and was much better than our first 4 nights in a hotel in South Tenerife for double price. In the morning and late afternoon there are rush hours on highway TF5, which is unavoidable here, and we ran into jam every day because of accidents, so when going to the airport these hours, start a bit earlier!

Beutiful view to the ocean and the Teide, very well equipped, very clean, kitchen is also professional (was a pleasure to cook), big TV, fast internet, the owener gave precise information, parking is free right next to the building, very quiet (end of the corridor).

“Excellent”

This is an apartment with fantastic view to the ocean – it DOES have it, same as on pictures. If you have experience renting a room which looked marvelous on pictures and got view on an empty wall or construction site instead you know what I mean. Apartment was packed with all we might need – the host did brilliant job preparing literally for everything: vacuum cleaner, extra bed cushions for long stay, stuff for cleaning - everything was there. I was worried we would miss air conditioning- no, it is comfortable without one, daytime temp was up to 29, nighttime temperature was 19. We contacted host via chat and he responded quickly and was very helpful.

I loved the view and how the flat has anything you need imaginable for living cooking etc, and plenty of storage space. Internet was outstanding, lightning speed, and stable. The host was highly responsive and always helpful. Check-in experience was perfect.

“Absolutely amazing”

Carlos was an excellent host and we absolutely loved his apartment! The check in instructions are perfect (including the video as our GPS tried to take us somewhere else :) ). Carlos was very communicative and friendly. The apartment is fabulous - the view of the ocean is amazing and the studio is designed in incredibly clever way and very well equiped with anything you might need during the stay. The location is pretty quiet and we got great night`s sleep throughout our stay. The supermarkets and restaurants are just a short drive away and Carlos made sure to prepare a pack of recommendations and leave them in the flat. I wouldn`t change a thing about our stay and I would definitely come back. This was probably the best place we have ever stayed in!
