We made a last-minute reservation, and the host warmly welcomed us remotely. The residential complex is very quiet and conveniently located close to the beach, as well as the town center, shops, and restaurants. It is pet-friendly, and there is a cleaning fee of €25 per dog.

“We love La Mata and the apartment”
Lovely apartment close to beach and restaurants. Very clean with a lovely bathroom with hot shower. Lots of towels. And the owner really helpful and contacted us a few times to ensure we were ok and there were no problems.

We stayed here outside of the main season and the location was great – a quiet place close to the beach, with shops within walking distance. The apartment equipment was exactly as expected, so we got exactly what we were looking for. Parking was comfortable right in front of the apartment. The host was wonderful, everything worked as we had been informed, and she always checked if everything was okay. She was very helpful. For us, it was an excellent stay. Of course, we don’t have experience with staying here during the high season, but overall we were very satisfied. View and pool were outstanding!

The Apartment was very modern and had everything you need , toiletries, plenty of towels, cooking utensils, washing machine, just like home from home. Easy to get the owner on Whatsapp

“Enjoyable stay at lovely apartment”
The apartment was very clean and very comfortable and just a few minutes walk to amenities and beach. Everything you could need was there for you and this apartment would be ideal for a family of five as there were 3 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Communications with Alto,the owner ,were excellent.
