Situated a 20-minute drive from the centre of Tunis, on the Carthage coast, Suites Hotel Les Charmilles offers an outdoor and a heated indoor swimming pool with water slides. The staff were polite and cooperative, shortages were resolved promptly, and they were responsive. The management made a sincere effort to ensure our satisfaction.

“Comfortable stay, but cleanliness needs improvement”
Rooms were spacious for a family of 4. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There’s a 5 mins walk through the hotel to carrefour (supermarket) which is very good for groceries for my children.

They were very kind and upgraded our stay. The walk-in shower was lovely, the gardens were so beautiful and well kept 😍 we didn't get to use the pool as it was too chilly this time of year.

“Unfortunate stay but I'll definitely try it again”
My experience with this hotel was as I mentioned earlier But to be honest once I was checking out I've been called by the management of the hotel Mr Amen was a very nice guy He apologized about the inconvenience events that I had Plus he offered me a compensation to show the apology of the residence management Apology accepted And thank you Mr Amen for caring about your client
