“Clean and close to everything”

The apartment is clean and cute. It’s located In the middle of everything in La Marsa. The bed is comfy. The owner Mohammed gives very detailed instructions. He also let me stay free of charge, a little longer since I had a later flight. You can use rooftop terrace with a lovely view of La Marsa, sea and even Sidi Bou Said.

The location is great. Right next to most things you might need. The host was very responsive and check-in was clear and seamless. Not as noisy as some reviews have described. The room is quaint. I haven't used the kitchen, but basic utensils are there. Everything was clean and all the towels, sheets and pillows were freshly washed. There's an iron and a hair dryer. The central heating worked great.

It was great to be in touch with the owner who we stayed at already in another location. Property was super central, great connection to everything and even good for cabs to leave the area.

Great place to stay in La Marsa. The beach is just two minute walk away. Very central location. There is also a big shopping mall where you can find a supermarket at the ground floor. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

This is a very cute appartment, nice traditionell furniture and everything you need. It has a small balcony and a shared rooftop terrace with great views. The best thing is the proximity to the beach and la Marsa's restaurants. The host was amazing, he was flexible with the check-in. I actually forgot a few of my valuables in the accomodation and he was available immediately to help me retrieve them.

Even though I arrived quite late the owner of the property waited for me to deliver me the keys and to show me around the property. Instructions given to me to find the property were very clear and the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp. The property is located in a very nice area full of cafes and restaurants. Very beautiful flat that matched the pictures from the add. Great value for money, I totally recommend it.

It was easy to reach the propety and the owner was waiting with the keys and provided lots of information about the locality and surroundings. We had a great stay and the house was well equipped. The location provides quick access to Sidi Boussaid, Carthage, Tunis and the airport.

I had a great stay in this appartment. It felt like home. The host is a very friendly man. The communication with him was very good, before and during my stay. The location of the appartment is perfect. It's in the centre of La Marsa. The TGM La Marsa station is only 2 minutes away and so is the Corniche. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. The appartment itself is very spacious. It has everything you need. Has a nice balcony with a great view on one of the main streets and the building has also a great rooftop terrasse with a great panorama view. I would definitely stay here again.

Our host Mohamed is very nice, he welcomed us even though we arrived quite late and showed us everything. Any Question was always answered very quick and he was very supportive. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and great located near supermarket, trainstation, beach, cafes (as "Boulevard des capucines" ) and restaurants. There is also a nice park for families close. You have a enjoyable view to the mosque and sea and the apartment has a rooftop terrace. Thank you Mohammed!

Great apartment and great host! Very well managed
