The apartment was perfect and Anja was an amazing host, a great welcome and tour and some bubbly to celebrate on the terrace. There is a great little beach out the front with a little hut serving drinks and also a bar / restaurant under the apartments, where had the best ice chilled beers. Also a 5 min walk to the other side you have the beach on the Mediterranean. Area pretty quiet in early May, however thats what I was after - still places to eat / drink if you go a walk and Anja pointed out the main commercial points and recommended some places. Would absolutely book again 10/10.

“The perfect experience for our winter break!”

The place was perfect! Anja is a very kind, helpful, and careful person, and a great host (thank you for everything!). The apartment was very clean, well equipped and cozy. The terrace is one of the best parts, with the sun coming up before noon (in February) and shining until sunset, offering an amazing view and feeling. The bed and linen were among the most comfortable ones we ever had. We had the feeling of being at home, but with the sun at the sea at our doorsteps :) The neighborhood was very quiet and calm in February, I definitely recommend it for a winter vacation. We are all very grateful for the warm experience!

I liked everything about the property!! It looks exactly like in the pictures! The views were amazing, the house was incredible, it had everything that was needed to live and more! Anja was the best hostess, she explained everything in detail and she even gave us a Cava bottle for our anniversary. She made us feel like home. I really recommend everyone to stay there, I will definitely be back!

Beautiful location overlooking the Cala del Pino on the Mar Menor side of the La Manga. Anja was an excellent host who had clearly thought hard about what her guests would like and took time to show us around. The apartment was immaculately clean. We loved the pool!

The staying was perfect 10. Shame we had only 1 night time but sure will come back again with more time. Our host Anja was great! Friendly and helped us with many things..flat tyre etc.. The place was 100/100 clean and cosy. All worked and it was close of 2 beaches. Overall very pleasent stay..and very sure will return there next year. And if u want to have a good steak..visit in Bamboo restaurant near by.

The apartment is very well kept and clean. It has sunlight throughout the day and the terrace, which is a very good size over looks a nearby bay. It is very well equipped for self catering families, even having basic ingredients such as oil, salt, pepper etc which in my experience is not that common. The hosts are great, very friendly and communication was quick and easy. Common areas such as the indoor pool and garage are also very well kept and clean. The area has a lot of shops of all types so if you forget something it will be pretty easy to find.
