We booked a twin room and were given a double when we asked there was only one room available but on 4th floor and my wife hates lifts but they replied ask in the morning as a lot of people leaving. Good to their word they gave us a recently refurbished twin room. The other big problem for us was that there were 150-200 children who swamped the dining room at breakfast and the pools after the canoeing, paddle boarding etc had finished at 2 pm

The hotel has a great location, spacious room with a lovely view, very clean, the buffet has lots of options and the food is very good.

Everything is really good for the price paid. The rooms were a little old dated but still comfy. There are some newer rooms but they are a little bit more expensive… facilities are great and close to restaurants, supermarket and even a surf school. We had a great time in middle February. Thanks

“Dogs on the beach”
Hotel and staff are great. But the beach is disappointing. Dogs are peeing and shitting on the beach early in the morning!!

“Nice hotel with friendly staff”
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, and the view was beautiful even from one of the lower floors. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff made sure the room was cleaned every day. The food was good as well – there weren’t too many options, but there were definitely enough choices and the quality was consistently solid. The staff and reception were very friendly and always ready to help or accommodate any requests. Communication in English was smooth and easy, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a great stay and I would happily return!
