We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. It was very quiet and peaceful in February...very few people around. Communication with the host was very good with clear instructions to get in the apartment.

Very clean, bright and spacious apartment with a garage. Well-functioning heating and cooling system throughout the apartment. Washing machine and clothes drying rack. Quiet housing complex at least at the end of March. Shop across the road. Spacious balcony facing south-west with sea view. Quick responses from the host to questions. Elevator from the garage to the 6th floor. 2 bathrooms. Filter coffee maker.

Very nice view from the balcony. Excellent and stable internet connection (ideal for working). Very friendly host. Apartment equipped with everything needed for everyday life. Mosquito nets on the balcony doors, so that they can remain open at night.

Just got home and already missing the sound of the waves gently rolling up the beach and waking to sun rise across the sea with daily breakfast on the balcony…lovely location! Veneziola is right at the top of the strip and quiet off-season but I can imagine it coming to life in Summer! There were still a few cafes, restaurants, grocery shop in walking distance. We preferred the beach on Mar Menor side so walked a few minutes there often. Good having the car to get around - it’s about half an hour to hit the mainland - having underground parking was handy. The apartment had everything we needed - towels, hairdryer, kettle - all very clean and well laid out. Finally, Miguel our host was a star, providing wonderful recommendations on what to do and where to go :)

“Peace and quiet by the sea.”

The apartment is very spacious and it has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, large balcony with good views. It is located on the northern edge of La Manga and as such the location is very quiet. The flat is in an apartment building which is full of holiday apartments but they are not occupied at this time of the year, it was very peaceful. La Manga and the flat exceeded my expectations by a large margin. There's a supermarket across the road and a few places to eat.

Great apartment to stay. The apartment is well furnished and you can find everything you need for life there. Free private parking in the underground parking lot. The host is very helpful and welcoming, shares local recommendations on where to go and what to do. The surroundings are very beautiful, clean and well maintained. There are shops nearby where you can find everything you need. Highly recommended for those who appreciate quality, cleanliness and total well-being. Thank you very much!

Miguel was a fantastic host. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived a lot later than expected. Miguel met us at the apartment with a smile and talked us through everything. Early the next day Miguel gave us information on restaurants, local attractions, and literally everything we would need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment had everything we needed. towels, hairdryer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, airer, like home from home. Med on one side with the lagoon on the other. Not much-passing traffic as it was almost at the end of the line. The pool was beautiful, my only suggestion would be to take something to lie down on at the poolside, it has grassy areas, no sunbeds. The place itself was spotless. A lovely stay, we will definitely be back!
