“Our vacation was completely ruined with this.”
No staff at the property. We got there super tired and worn out from our big day to find out no staff. We couldn’t get our room. There was an hour of back and forth between main building and the building they gave us room. I thought I rather to sleep in the car and done with it. Completely drained us emotionally and physically. Also shower room on top of jacuzzi tub, there is no way you walk in or walk out properly. Strange and uncomfortable lay out. When we raised the issue, instead of taking the feed back and apologizing for no staff on the building and creating so much inconvenience, they become defensive and start victim blaming that we came late at 10pm. Obviously we are travelling!!!

Good sized room and bathroom. Balcony with chairs, table and a nice view. Workable kitchenette, but small fridge. Free parking on site and just a 2 minute walk to the casino. Very comfortable bed.

beautiful spacious room with view on the river Spa facility was great with hot tubs, warm and cool pool areas, dry sauna as well as steam sauna. Drinking water and towels are provided. Access to spa was included in price of room

This was my first stay at this hotel and I really enjoyed it! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. My only regret is that I only stayed for one night and didn’t book a room with a view of the river — something I’ll definitely do next time!
