Absolutely everything! Location, hospitality of the owners, facilities (there was literally everything needed including sun umbrella, snorkeling kid, bath robe, make-up remover, free drinks in the fridge...) Totally worth the money. The room itself was beautiful, with great views from the terrace, comfortable bed... Thank you Davide, we will gladly come back!

“The perfect place-the perfect host in La Maddalena”

Host (Davide) was extremely helpful! He provided me with hints and Tipps for my stay. Filled up the fridge with coldwater and provided Softdrinks. Attention to the detail: offering umbrellas and bathtowels-what a wonderful service! Perfectly well-designed new rooms. Overlooking roof-top terrace and located near the Town center.

“Amazing place!”

Never stayed in a place where so much has been thought about - bottle openers and wine glasses, local guide, usb/usb-c charging points, and even small bottle of SPF30 in the beach bags with towels. Superb location, parked a few meters away, harbour 1min away.

Added value is given by the cozy roof top with an interesting view

“Excellent value little guesthouse close to town”

The guesthouse was situated just a few minutes walk from La Maddalena town. It was very clean and well presented. Davide has obviously put a lot of thought into providing everything that one could need, and also sent us a list of recommendations for where to eat, do laundry, visit etc which we appreciated. We stayed in the room without a private balcony, but there was a shared terrace at the top that we could access which was a nice space with a view to have drinks or food. There was also a little clothes line there where you could hang a few items to dry. The area was quiet. We slept well here. Note the area immediately after opening the front door is a common area, but you have a key to your room (and room safe). There is a little grocery shop just around the corner and we had no issues parking in the street when we were there in June.

“Lovely and modern room”

I loved every moment in this room. We had some free drinks like water and juice in the fridge, enough towels for 2 people and the beach, even sun umbrellas were provided by the host. It was spotless clean and the balcony was super nice especially in the morning when the sun was shining and warming one. The terrace is also accessible for each unit on this house but since we stayed there alone we also had the terrace all the time for ourselves. Davide gave us some tips for things to do and see around the island. The location was so convenient, only a few steps to the city centre. There was even a coffee machine and some complementary tee as well.

Everything was fantastic. In particular the location and David being so attentive. He was readily available for tips and even left us a beach bag with towels and snorkels. It’s was really kind and thoughtful. The room was well serviced and very comfortable. There were even bathrobes which is such a bonus.

Amazing place, modern furniture, big bathroom, cozy balcony and wonderfull rooftop terrace. Very kind host David, he left us some beverages in fridge.

The property was very well located, clean and the host was very helpful providing tips about the island. Davide left coffee, tea, cold water and snacks in the bedroom. There are beach umbrellas in case you want to use them. The terrace at the top was v nice to have breakfast in.

“Great honeymoon location”

We liked how very helpful the owners were about giving us information about the accommodation location and the surrounding area. Their online availability & communication in general was very good and Davide spoke English which helped us a lot. We liked how beautiful & comfortable our personal balcony was with a great view and space to hang clothing & towels as well as the beautiful shared balcony upstairs which has a large space available to relax, eat & socialise. Davide had beach equipment pre-prepared for us before we arrived including beach umbrella and beach towels. This saved us the hassle of having to find such equipment after arrival. The apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean and the fridge was slightly stocked with drinks which was amazing considering how hot & tired we were when we arrived. The shower is fantastic. The entire bathroom is beautifully done. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning is GREAT and necessary. Having netflix was very nice for the evenings. The apartment is so close to all important shops, restaurants & amenities. Perfect location. Originally the apartment was listed as having "breakfast included". But actually this was only supplied in the form of breakfast coupons to a nearby cafe which disappointed us because we assumed a fuller (or wider variety) breakfast would be included in the price of the accommodation. The owner explained that the coupons could only be used for a single bakery item with a coffee / cappuccino but this is barely enough breakfast or healthy enough - and something more substantial like bacon & eggs costs €10 per person at the café otherwise. After mentioning to the owners that we expected a fuller breakfast be included they called the local cafe and specifically arranged with the owner that our breakfasts have other options - for which we were VERY grateful. They turned a negative situation into a very positive one.

“Good base in La Maddelena”

Close walk to the port and places to eat, shops. Cute terrace on the roof where you can sit. Clean and comfortable room. We were able to park nearby for free. Free drinks in the mini fridge and tea and coffee provided. Quiet at night. Host sent us some tips for nice beaches etc.

Excellent location just 2 minutes from the main town and restaurants. The property is clean, well maintained and has a lovely rooftop terrace. The owner was very friendly and a number of nice touches including a free bottle of beer, coke, water and snacks in the fridge. Breakfast was a coffee and pastry in the bar round the corner - not huge but enough to get you going!

Really great spot, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends. Perfect place to stay to access all of Maddalena and Caprera. Easy to park the car for free on the street. Good view from the balcony. Good amenities and friendly host.

“Exceptional Spot”

We adored our stay in Capricci di Vento. A perfect location for visiting La Maddelena. Ample free parking nearby. The room was spotless. Shower great- shampoo, shower gel etc. kindly provided. Davide was very helpful, and available to us whenever we needed him. Gorgeous rooftop terrace open to guests. Close to food and bars, and the main town square.
