“Ideal location to visit Gibraltar and a quiet, unique location!”
Super location and a fantastic little boat house in an ideal location for visiting La Linea and Gibraltar a short walk away. Love the fact there's effectively a restaurant boat on this pier for breakfast or evening meals/drinks too!

“Excellent for our short break”
We booked very last minute and everything was perfect. There was a bike to use & the parking was free. There was everything you needed & added bonus was 1972 restaurant that did take aways & even delivered it to your boat.. Lovely sunset from the roof patio.

“Highly recommended”
This is the perfect location for visiting Gibraltar or La Linea, it is also only a short taxi ride to the ferries for Ceuta or Tangiers. The boats are small but very comfortable, the rooftop decks relaxing, the basic kitchen very useful and the bathroom; although small; is perfectly functional. 1972 (bar & kitchen) is a great addition with a reasonable selection of food and drink. Complimentary bicycles is a lovely touch and very useful. Free car parking a bonus. I've stayed in higher rated accommodation elsewher on this holiday but my best sleep was at the Boat Haus.

Great little gem. Used the free bikes to get around. Parking close by. Great little bar on site, the burgers were delicious. Wonderful staff. Left something behind and they contacted us and held for us to collect. Boat 2 small but functional. Really enjoyed our stay.

“Fun!”
It’s quite simply really fun sleeping on a boat! The top deck has seating which was really lovely, accessed via a ladder - we ordered pizza from the on site restaurant and had a great evening eating on the roof. The bed and bathroom are small but it’s a boat, you can’t expect it to be huge. For the novelty experience of sleeping on a boat any small niggles like this feel irrelevant.

“Small but cozy boat house that has everything you need.”
Although the space is restricted, the boathouse has everything you need. There is even a terrace on the roof and a bike to use as well as a hammock in the back.

We had the best stay. We had everything we needed. Excellent cake and coffee from the boat cafe on site. Comfy sleep with a beautiful roof terrace. Bonus that there was onsite free parking.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Boat House. It was such a unique and cool experience, and our whole family really enjoyed it. We would absolutely love to come back again. Marina was so lovely and welcoming as our host, which made the stay even better. Everything was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The location was also perfect for visiting Gibraltar. Overall, an amazing experience that we would highly recommend!

“Great stay on the water”
It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Miarina was a great host and gave us clear in instructions for check in
