“Lovely apartment in a good location”

A lovely apartment in La Linea. Very close to Mercadonna supermarket and very easy to walk into la Linea for restaurants on Calle Real. Also very easy to walf to the Gibraltar border. As we visited in winter it was appreciated that the Air conditioning units were set to heating, which was great.

A tidy and comfortable property in a reasonable location in the working residential areas. Mercadoria supermarket 100m, restaurants 600-100m. Border with Gibraltar a 20minute walk away. There is street parking only and we got lucky on the second day. The bathroom is older but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is state of the art. There are two balconies to catch the sun at any time of day. The larger gives great views of the rock. Check in and communication by whatsapp was efficient.

Close to a major supermarket, allowing me to cook some nice meals and I had everything I needed. Gibraltar is not far away.

The apartment had everything needed for our stay. It was a short walk to shops to buy food etc. We managed to get parked outside with our hire car. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. The balcony area was great! Fantastic view of the rock of Gibraltar. We walked to the Gibraltar border from apartment in around 15minutes. Easy access to Gibraltar and the local area in La Linea. Great location for us. But we are keen walkers.

The location was great, just a short distance from the border where the rest of our party were staying. Great facilities, even a washing machine which was brilliant to clean clothes before we got home. Clean, equipped with everything we needed. A sensational host in Concha!

This accommodation is the perfect spot for anyone looking for somewhere close to the border, convenience shops and the beech too! I honestly cannot find anywhere better situated and because this apartment offers all appliances and things that travellers would need while staying, it really is the perfect solution!

“Close enough to Gibraltar border”

Location was great and about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes walk from the Gibraltar border. There free on Street parking. The apartment had most things we could use but it surprises me all the time these places don't even provide enough toilets paper or even washing liquid. The apartment was light and bright with a big balcony opposite the bedroom and a smaller balcony off the lounge.

Lovely little place, nice and clean, communication was very good. Only 20 minutes walk from the Gibraltar border.

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location. Views of the Rock are outstanding and the apartment is situated close enough to the Border and shops for our convenience. The area is nice and peaceful too.

10 minutes after booking I've got a message from the owner with a Google maps link, and some pictures, with all the information was needed to get into the apartment. Also got messages later, about everything fine and do i need anything. The owner was super friendly, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. I've found some useful information in the apartment on a paper with different languages. Like where where can i dry my clothes after i used the washing machine etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. Since i am a frequented traveller, and mostly I live in hotels, i felt like I am at home. With a nice wide balcony with artificial grass and outside table. It was a really nice place. 10/10 for the apartment and 10/10 for the owner. Parking is free at the street, but sometimes it's not the easiest thing to find a free place. I was able to park exactly next to the entrance of the building most of the times, but worst case you can park next street.

Convenient to the town and nightlife The beach is about a 15-minute walk and it's convenient to Gibraltar, which is a great day out. I loved the balcony great for sun bathing, drinking your morning coffee, and a lovely view of Gibraltar. It's a cute little apartment that has everything you need, even the cupboard essentials

Fantastic apartment with 2 large terraces. Good kitchen setup and very bright. Very close to the border with Gibraltar, the apartment was in an ideal location. Good proximity to shops and restaurants, great for cars and public transport.

The location was very good, and the host was super, providing all the information in details. It was very smooth. I liked that the host was thoughtful of the cold and provided heaters and blankets.
