“Great location but a little shabby”
The proximity to the old town and the border to Gibraltar was good. The underground parking was great. The young man on reception was very helpful and courteous.

“I tried to rebook, but it's full up for much of the calendar; no surprises there.”
The breakfast is very good, I suppose. I would loved to have had a 'full English breakfast' before confronting a day in a foreign land - I don't speak the language. I've use this hotel a couple of times and can say, the rooms are a very good standard, with attractive views from the balconies. It's well away from the centre, and can be difficult to 'locate', since there are not directing 'signs'. It's not actually on the front, it's partially hidden. It was the 'AC' at the top of the gable pinnacle that caught my eye.

“Lovely staff, quiet and clean”
Had to book this very last minute due to flight cancellation, arrived at midnight and the receptionist was lovely, room was spotless, spacious and quiet with water in the fridges. Really really good for 3 stars.

It was clean and tidy ... nothing special Coffee machine available all day . Shower was good . The sandwiches in the reception were wet and soggy. We threw them away
