We have stayed with Guy and Elizabeth many times. They are kind and highly attentive hosts - and their home cooking is immensely enjoyable too. We go back again in late June - and that will be far from the last time we stay there. As you can see from my photo below, Gus (our dog) enjoys being there as well!

“Lovely bedroom, great house and garden for a dog too, the owners provided a superb breakfast and supper too.”

Beautiful farmhouse tucked away in the Normandy countryside with a magical, fairy tale atmosphere. The room is spacious, elegant, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hosts were fantastic, preparing a delicious evening meal and a wonderful breakfast the following morning. Strongly recommended!

A lovely peaceful life to stay en route from the UK to our destination. A wonderful property with lots of character. The room was really spacious and well appointed. We had the evening meal and breakfast which were both really well prepared. Incredible value for money.

The location is perfectly tranquil, with walks (with our dog) through woodlands owned by our hosts. And the evening meal, which was all home cooked (soup, duck, and fruit crumble) was beautifully prepared and quite delicious. But most delightful of all were our hosts, Elizabeth and Guy. They could not have been more attentive or kind.

Breakfast was lovely taken in the hosts dining room. Home cooked dinner the previous evening was delicious . The hosts were super friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. Our room was beautiful.

Without doubt one of the best Chambre d'Hotes we have stayed in over 40 years. Nothing was too much trouble and the family couldn't have been more welcoming. House and meals were excellent. Definitely one to return to, but for longer.

A beautiful property in the most amazing garden in an Increadible countryside. The property felt enchanted and it was clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making it comfortable to visitors. Guy and Elisabeth are amazing hosts and made us feel especially welcome as we travelled with our nervous border collie and they were so nice to him and allowed him to roam the estate. Thank you for your kindness.

Beautiful old farmhouse in rural setting only 20 minutes off the autoroute. Elizabeth and Guy were lovely hosts and allowed our two dogs to stay and enjoy their extensive garden and grounds. The bedroom and en suite bathroom were exquisite and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was served in the dining room and delicious. The nearby village has shops to stock up for onward travel too.

The room was charming with beautiful antique polished furniture. The bed was made with linen sheets and was supremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, pain de compagne, croissants and homemade jams. Excellent coffee!

It was a lovely evening, and the BBQ dinner was served in the garden under a shady tree. In the morning breakfast was served in the dining room and was excellent with local cheeses and homemade jam etc. The 400-year-old house is set in tranquil gardens and our hosts were most charming
