“A true little paradise!”

We had an incredible lovely stay at domaine des chaines de la galline. After spending five nights here, our only regret was not staying longer! The hosts (Alain, Steffie, Jerome, their family and the dogs) made our stay just perfect: the breakfast was delicious (only local and fresh products), the table d’hote was even more delicious (really a must do when you are staying here - and absolutely not pricy for the quality they offer; this cannot be found in any restaurants in the neighbourhood), the pool was such a sirene place to read a book or just take a cooling swim, the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed and last but not least: the view is breathtaking! Pictures cannot capture this little hidden gem. Also, you are just ‘30 min away from Saint Tropez, Saint maxim, Saint Raphael, … so there is always something to do in the environment. Conclusion: we can only recommend staying here - best b&b in the golf of Saint Tropez :)

The location on the side of hill, with fabulous views, is tremendous. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful in every way.

The Domaine is undeniably beautiful — tastefully designed, clean, and surrounded by serene nature. The pool and private jacuzzi were highlights. Most of the staff, especially Steffie and Jérôme, were really kind and professional.

this lovely family run hotel is one of our best discoveries in the South of France. Everything is made with love, attentive, kind and friendly owners, very tasty breakfasts and dinners. Close to Saint Tropez. Great pool. Everything about this place was great. It was very sad to leave. We recommend 100%.

Domaine des Chenes de la Galline is a very special quiet place within a fantastic natural landscape and nearby Grimaud, St. Tropez and the beaches. The house is a wonderful mix of Antiques and new furniture styled with detail love. Alain and the whole team are very friendly and concerned of the well-beeing of the guests. We felt very comfortable and will come back soon.

Very friendly hosts and lovely rooms. It was easy to settle in and enjoy the garden and the pool.

The scenery is just incredible. Absolutely breathtaking views at breakfast and dinner. Amazing, attentive and knowledgeable hosts. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely sublime and so well thought out. We loved the lamb cutlets for our dinner. C'est si bon! The retro room was amazing and we loved the incredibly comfy bed and walk-in shower in particular. The pool area was so nice too, with lovely sun loungers and the sun shines on this area all day long which is nice. Just an amazing stay and a perfect way to celebrate getting engaged!!! Alain, Jerome and Steffie were so thoughtful about making our special occasion even more special. Lots of love and thanks to all three of them!! And the dogs of course :)

“Our new-found holiday haven!”

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this place and the family who own and run it. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, well appointed and with exceptional views of the nearby hills and valleys. The pool area is superb with excellent comfy beds, a fantastic well maintained and clean pool and a very welcome pool house that provided us with a great place in which we had some late afternoon snacks which were, in reality, meals in themselves. We had numerous dinners during our stay of 7 nights which were, without exception, wonderful and well presented - as were the breakfasts. And can definitely confirm that the wine list needs to be explored! All the family made us very welcome and we felt really at home. We were very sad and sorry when we had to leave at the end of our stay but have already booked our times for next year. We would highly recommend this beautiful property as a place to stay for a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much to Alain, Jerome, Stephie, David & David’s mum. We will be back!
