“New build, great location, needs patio area.”
The property was essentially a new build. The cooking/dining/living room was bright and airy. The kitchen was reasonably equipped for occasional dining. Adequate dining and seating area. Large patio windows gave lots of light but did feel a bit 'goldfish bowl ish'. Good sized bedroom with small wardrobe space. Large parking area. Great location for town centre.
