“Best Accommodation we stayed at, in Seychelles”

I loved how beautiful the place is. Absolutely stunning, the fact that it is on the beach with its amazing view. Joyce was very helpful with all our needs. The bar area at the swimming pool was great. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Nice large units. The bedding is new and fresh.

“An unsafe hotel with dangerous equipment, destroyed luggage, and extremely unprofessional management”

We stayed here in January with our 9‑month‑old baby. What was meant to be a relaxing holiday turned into a very unpleasant experience. Upon arrival, our suitcase was crushed by the hotel’s external goods elevator while staff were handling our luggage. The elevator is extremely unsafe: no emergency stop, no proper door, no safety sensors, and no protection around the shaft. This is a serious safety risk, especially for families with children. The hotel manager’s behavior was deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. She questioned the authenticity of our damaged suitcase, threatened to call the police, refused to involve the hotel owner, and offered two breakfasts (~€80) as “compensation” for a suitcase worth €700–900. Both we and Booking.com tried to reach her afterward, without success. She also made an unacceptable comment about our baby, saying it didn’t matter because he “wouldn’t remember the vacation anyway.” The staff (except the manager) tried to be helpful, but the issues clearly stem from management. This hotel is not worthy of being called a luxury resort. I cannot recommend it, especially not to families with children.

“DON'T BOOK HERE!!!”

DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! we reported 2 stolen items from our room (housekeepers) and the direction answert "search better" There are way better options, it's old, no services, the breakfast in the hotel is overpriced infact no one eats there, they have the restaurant empty all day long. good location but overpriced and not luxury at all, everything old, the pool was awful. Please save your money and go to better options on the island.

It was perfect to wake up right in front of the sea. The room was really comfortable.

“Nice hotel with direct access to the beach”

The hotel is very nice, located very close to Anse Source d'Argent, the island's most famous beach, and a 15-minute walk from the center and the restaurant area. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, and are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. They have direct access to the beach. The hotel also has a pool overlooking the sea from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

The property is far below from what someone expects out of [allegedly] 4* hotel. Not fully equipped rooms, out of date facilities, no normal breakfast, rather far from most key activities of the island. The only one signature spot nearby is D’Argent&park/farm. Looks like its rating on Booking was boosted artificially.

“Nice facilities but badly run and not luxury service”

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a nice big shower, balcony with hot tub and view of the sea. It has a nice pool too.

“Could be brilliant, but it isn’t there yet..”

Our stay began on a great note with an early check-in, which was a welcome surprise as we arrived much earlier than expected. The room was extremely large, with ample space, modern décor, and what may have been the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in. The pool area was another highlight, especially the beanbags and direct access down to the beach. Being able to sit in the pool while watching stingrays and fish in the sea below was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the staff were a real credit to the property – always polite, attentive, and quick to greet us whenever we passed by.

Location is great. Very calm and private place with own beach. The room size - it is spacious and made in colonial style. The staff is very helpful. Everyday cleaning. The apartment are provided with fridge, microwave, cutlery. Also there is a grill outside (a place where you can safely light a fire, but you need to buy your own coal). On a terrace there are chairs, table, jacuzzi and sunbeds.

Super relax stay with silent beach and privacy! The host and the staff were super friendly and very kind and helpful, we really loved the energy there and it‘s perfect having a takamaka sunset drink on the beach! We left this place with good memories and the heart full!

“Lovely studio apartment with great views”

Really nice studio apartment with brilliant views out to sea. The room is spacious and has two balconies, one at the front and one overlooking the sea. There is direct access to the beach and a nice decking area you can watch the sunsets from. As the rooms point West, you can watch the sunsets on an evening from your room. There is a Reggae bar/cafe very close and you can also walk to the Union estate (to access Anse Source d'Argent). You can also walk into the small village by the ferry port in 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we were allowed to check out late which was great as we could then just go straight to our ferry back to Mahe. The staff also arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the ferry port, and this went really smoothly.

Best location. Beautiful place. Excellent hosts. Loved to be able to have our dinners on the beach at sunset. Excellent view of the other islands.

I had a room facing the ocean which was wonderful. The room however I would not consider “luxury”. The place was comfy enough and everyone was really lovely. distance to the village was excellent

The staff was very welcoming and available to help with anything, quite responsive. Very good location 5 min away from Anse source d’argent. Clean and comfortable room with a cute beach in front of the room.

“Prefect bungalow right on the beach!”

The La Digue Luxury Beach Bungalows was the perfect stay for our time in La Digue! We were celebrating our 15-year wedding anniversary in the Seychelles, and the hostess paid special attention to this by beautifully decorating our bungalow upon arrival. It really added to the romantic atmosphere of our getaway! We stayed in the lower bungalow, Le Sable, which I believe is the best option. It offers direct access to the beach while still providing a private setting, so you're not exposed to beachgoers. The location of the bungalows is ideal, being very close to the famous Anse Source d'Argent beach, and just a short 5-minute bike ride to the city center, La Passe. There are also several great restaurants nearby, such as Rey & Josh and K2 Takeaway. One night, we even enjoyed a BBQ, as the property provides its own BBQ facilities. This was something I really appreciated, as we could prepare our own breakfasts and lunches, which we enjoyed on our porch. The nearby Reggae Bar added a unique touch to our stay. We often relaxed on the porch, listening to the music in the evenings, which made us feel even more immersed in the island vibe. The music wasn't disruptive at all, and once inside the bungalow, it was completely quiet, so we had no issues with sleep. Before our visit, I was a bit hesitant due to some of the reviews I had read. However, I can confidently say we had an amazing stay and will definitely return!

The hotel was new and was right on the beach. It was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. We were a family of four and we all had a great stay in this hotel.

Excellent location close to the park and the world's most famous beach, with restaurants and shops in the area. The staff were very friendly and the room was luxurious. Everything was perfect!
