Good morning, I arrived at your property on March 5th and was greeted with a cold drink. We checked in, but we had to wait until 3:00 PM for our room. They showed us to our room a couple of hours earlier, but it wasn't the one we'd booked; it was smaller and had no balcony. I reported the mix-up and they arranged for us to be assigned the correct room. The property was attentive, calling us halfway through our stay to check if everything was okay and offering us a cocktail to enjoy at the pool bar. The breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, the only downside, besides assigning us a different room that they fixed, was that when I asked at reception where to pick up pool and beach towels, I asked for large ones, but they handed me small towels, just enough for a bidet. di giacopo

Convenient location walking distance to La Passe and Union Estate. Supermarket and Italian restaurant below. Acess to La Digue Island Lodge facilities. Spacious room. Pick up and drop off to Ferry.

“Beautiful property with Rude Staff”

Location was great. Good facilities. Horribly rude staff. It is a part of La Digue Lodge and some of the staff treat you really bad. The guy who picked us up from jetty had really bad attitude towards us vs the people who were staying in their luxurious rooms. We had several issues during our stay. Our room was flooded with water, no Wi-Fi, landline was not working so we had to go all the way to resort to get help. But the receptionist Donna was not even slightly bothered about our issues and was not even acknowledging while we were communicating. Very different treatment for people staying in luxurious rooms v apartments. In that case they should keep separate receptions and staff, facilities. Don’t mix everything if you can’t handle it nicely.

Lovely apartment, very clean and nice. Supermarket and takeaway below. Ideal location. We used resorts beach and sunbeds, really nice. We had transfer from and to port. Breakfast was good, in resort restaurant by the sea. Enjoyed our time.

We liked the location and the facilities of the LaDigue island resort are associated with it. There is a supermarket just below the apartment s.

access to infrastructure of La Digue Island Lodge was great. Location of the apartment was also ok with the shop in the same building, one minute walk to bike rentals.

The room was super quiet, clean and soooo relaxing. It was absolute value for money, and such a convenient location. The facility was modern.

The location is great for exploring La Digue, it's accurate in the middle of the west coast of the island. It's rougly 15 mins by feet to the berth, 30 mins to the northernmost part and 30 mins to Anse Source d'Argent. The apartments are located in a building with pizzeria and a grocery store so you can always go down and buy something and/or eat in the restaurant. The wifi is great, you can stream in 4K from here. The apartments are a part of a big hotel called La Digue Island Lodge. You can eat in this hotel (not for free, but anyways), you can use all the facilities like a beach zone, a swimming pool. spa, etc. The staff tries to solve all needs you come with.
